郭書宏 Theo Kuo

博士班 Doctoral student

Theo Kuo earned his master degree of computer science in NCTU and worked for system integration companies providing IT infrastructure and security services to semiconductor industries for several years. He returned to NCTU, joined ICST and Rad-Hard Lab for further studies on semiconductor eco-system, focusing on power devices.

李紹寬 Daniel Li

博士班 Doctoral student

Daniel Li earned his bachelor's degree in Electrophysics from NCTU. Following that accomplishment, he became a part of ICST at NCTU and successfully obtained his master's degree. Currently, he is enthusiastic about delving deeper into the realm of device simulation for GaN HEMTs as he pursues his Ph.D.

哈比恩 Muhammad Sofyan Habibi

博士班 Doctoral student

Habibi earned his Master's Degree from National Central University in Master of Science. He currently maintains a keen interest in the industry sector, with a particular focus on technology and developments. Considering the opportunities in the semiconductor industry today, he has decided to pursue his PhD at ICST NYCU with the aim of contributing to the development of semiconductor technology. His hobby is skateboarding, as well as doing sports such as badminton, volleyball, and table tennis.

碩士班 Master student

Kevin Huang graduated from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering in National Dong Hua University. After that he joined ICST in National Chiao Tung University and Rad-Hard Lab, to work on ReRAM.

芳愛玲 Jesslyn Kartika Sari

碩士班 Master student

Jesslyn got her bachelor's degree of Chemical Engineering in NTUST. She worked for EPC company delivering a complete infrastructure package for semiconductor fab in Taiwan for almost 3 years. Pursuing a higher degree is one of her dream. She decided to join ICST in NYCU and entered Rad Hard Lab for further study in semiconductor material and analysis. She loves swimming, travelling and watching K-drama.

阮秋簪 Thu-Tram Nguyen

碩士班 Master student

Nguyen got her bachelor's degree in Materials Technology in HCMUT-VNU. She is starting her research on ReRAM in Rad-Hard Lab. Her hobbies include film photography, storytelling games, sitcoms, TV shows.

林志勳 Sam Lin

Sam graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Now he is on a path to work on GaN device research.

Po-Wei graduated from National Chung Hsing University and recently joined ICST to start his master's degree. He loves music, swimming, reading, mountains and sea.

呂彥和 Yan-Ho Lu

Lu graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Central University and is currently studying for a master's degree at ICST. He likes Japanese culture and cycling.

Kao graduated with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from NCU. He entered ICST to study for his master's degree and enjoys playing basketball and jogging during my spare time.

陶氏明英 Minh Anh Thi Dao

Minh Anh graduated from the International Physics Program at the Hanoi University of Sciences, Vietnam National University (VNU-HUS). After graduating, she is studying in the ICST - NYCU master program and participating in Rad-Hard Lab. Her hobbies are watching movies, listening to pop music, and cooking.

妙羚 Linh Thi Dieu Pham

碩士班 Master student

Xiao Mei graduated from the Material Science Program at the Hanoi University of Sciences, Vietnam National University (VNU-HUS). After graduating, she worked as an engineer at Vingroup in Viet Nam. Considering the opportunities in the semiconductor industry today, she began her study in the ICST - NYCU master program and participating in Rad-Hard Lab. Her hobbies include running competitions, dancing, and making cookies.

姚欣妤 Hsin-Yu Yao (Elle)

Elle graduated from NDHU. She majored in Theoretical and Computational Physics and minored in Computer Science and Information Engineering.

愛玲 Phan Ai Linh

Linh holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. After graduation, she worked for Cathay Life in Vietnam for three years. Then, she decided to pursue her master's degree at ICST in NYCU.

黃子庭 Tzu-Ting Huang

Tzu-Ting graduated from the Department of Engineering and System Science at National Tsing Hua University, and is currently pursuing her master's degree at ICST. She likes movies and traveling.

薛淇 Hsueh chi (Kitty)

Chi graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering at National Changhua University of Education. She is currently a master's student at IPSI in NYCU. She is a penguin lover and her hobbies are playing badminton, figure skating and practicing calligraphy.

Winston got his bachelor's degree from National Tsing Hua University Interdisciplinary Program of Engineering and currently pursuing master's degree at IPSI in NYCU. He likes to play tennis, drums and traveling around.
