Work Begins on ReRAM
2021-03-14

Since January Rad-Hard Lab has been collaborating with Professor Artur Useinov for the investigation of radiation hardness of ReRAM. Short for resistive random access memory, ReRAM is an emerging nonvolatile memory that has the potential to replace traditional flash memory. It's also believed that ReRAM may one day see application in satellites and space. To achieve this, its tolerance against radiation needs to be improved. Rad-Hard Lab, together with Professor Useinov's lab, will devote our experience and energy into this endeavor, and we will share our result soon.
