See You In RADECS 2023

Rad-Hard Lab will be presenting our most recent research result on total dose effects in ReRAM in this year's RADECS. If we were to name a few internationally renown conferences for the research of radiation effects, RADECS must be on the list. It has been held annually for over 20 years. Each year, an unique European city is chose as the conference venue. For RADECS 2023, we will be going to Toulouse, also known as the Pink City in France. Our to be presented work, titled "Radiation-Enhanced Multi-Level Cell Behavior in TaOx/NiO-based Resistive Random Access Memory", was done by our two master students, Kevin and Jesslyn. For those of you who will also attend RADECS, we will see you there.
