RADECS 2023 in Toulouse
Jesslyn, one of Rad-Hard Lab's most outstanding master student, was accepted as a oral presenter at RADECS 2023. The conference took place in Toulouse, often referred to as the "Pink City," known as the European capital of aeronautics and space industries. It was organized by CNES, the Centre National d'Études Spatiales, the French Space Agency, on behalf of the RADECS Association.
The trip commenced with a welcome party on the first day at the Salle des Illustres in Toulouse town hall. This event provided an excellent opportunity for networking and socializing with fellow attendees. On the second day, Jesslyn had the chance to present her work titled "Radiation-Enhanced Multi-Level Cell Behavior in TaOx/NiO-based Resistive Random Access Memory." Presenting at such a prestigious conference was a significant part of her experience and allowed her to share her research with academic peers.
The conference also included an industrial exhibition and a poster conference. These events were beneficial for staying updated on the latest developments in the field and for discussing research with other professionals. Jesslyn also had the opportunity to meet the conference committee members, such as the General Chairs, Francoise Bezerra from CNES, and the IEEE TNS Guest Editor, Dan Fleetwood from Vanderbilt University. These meetings gave her the chance to express her gratitude and gain valuable insights for her future academic research.
