Manuscript Accepted by Applied Physics Letters

Our most recent effort for the study of ReRAM devices has been pioneered by our PhD candidate Om Kumar Prasad who came from India to ICST to pursue his degree. This work investigates the impact of annealing on the switching characteristics of ReRAM devices (TaOx-based memristors), and the finding should be crucial for increasing their compatibility in CMOS post-processing. The value of this work was acknowledged by the reviewers of Applied Physics Letters, and it has been granted publication recently. Dr. Firman Mangasa Simanjuntak of The University of Southampton who has been a long-time collaborator of Rad-Hard Lab was also a main contributor of this manuscript. We will be sharing more of our work to the academia in the up coming months and contribute to the development of next generation memory technology.
