Internship in IMEC

One of the first members of Rad-Hard Lab, Wei Yu, has gone to IMEC for internship after she finished her defense. Situated in Leuven, Belgium, IMEC is renown for its excellency in semiconductor research, and it has been a long-time collaborator of ICST. The new pioneering topic Ms. Yu will be tackling on is the reliability of FinFET technology, under the supervision of Dr. Shih-Hung Chen for a duration of six months. International experience is always a plus for one's career, and here in Rad-Hard Lab we encourage and finance our members to gain such experience.
